We make a preview
A new version of your site, built from the facts on your current website and your Psychology Today profile, with your own photos. Three designs you can switch between. The link is private: it isn’t linked anywhere and is hidden from search engines.

We talk for 20 minutes
On Zoom, if you like: what you’d change, what else the site should do, how the move works. Or simply reply to our email.

You approve every word
We adjust the texts and the design until they are right for you. Nothing goes live without your approval.

You subscribe
$100 a month or $990 a year, by card, on a secure payment page. The link comes by email.

We move the site to your domain
You add two DNS records at your domain registrar, on your own or with us on a call. Your email and name servers stay as they are. The site is live on your domain within 7 days of payment; if the records aren’t in place yet, the 7 days start when they are.

We keep it up to date
Send changes by email: texts, photos, prices, sections, pages. We usually make them within two business days.

What every site has
- No trackers, analytics or cookie banner.
- A contact form with fixed fields and no free-text box, so health details don’t end up in it. Requests go to your email and aren’t stored on the site.
- Accessibility checked on every page: contrast, keyboard navigation, headings, form labels.
- Privacy, Terms and Accessibility pages.
- Static pages over HTTPS, hosted on Amazon Web Services.
- What your old site did, the new one does too: a book, recordings, a gift for an email, blog posts. Old addresses keep working.
- No testimonials from current clients, in line with APA 5.05.

How payment works
Secure page
When you decide to keep the site, we email you a link to a secure payment page of our payment provider, Flitt.
Cards
You pay by Visa or Mastercard. We never see or store your card number.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically on the same date each month or year until you cancel.
Country
Creoluma is run by a business registered in Georgia, the country, so your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.
Questions
- What if I don’t like the preview?
- Reply “no” to our email: we delete the preview and don’t write again.
- Is there a contract?
- No. There is no setup fee either, and you can cancel any time with one email.
- Who owns the site?
- Your domain, texts and photos stay yours. If you ever leave, you get the whole site as files and can host it anywhere.
- Do you touch my email?
- No. Your email and name servers stay as they are: you only add two DNS records at your registrar.
- Will the site bring me clients?
- We don’t sell SEO packages or ads, and we don’t promise a stream of new clients. We make a clear, accurate website, and every word on it is approved by you.
